"Researching and investigating anomalous activity and events is my passion! After investigating on my own for nearly a decade, witnessing numerous unexplainable events along the way, I decided it was time to take it to the next level. I took several courses to help me prepare for leading my own team (see courses section below), and founded AURA in the Spring of 2009. I am the CPFI Regional Director of Florida with ParaNexus.org I contacted MUFON, Mutual UFO Network for instruction on the proper procedure for investigating UFO reports, and soon became a MUFON Field Investigator, and was rapidly promoted to the position of Florida MUFON State Section Director. I have also recently organized The Tampa Bay MUFON Group. I am an Ordained Minister of the Universal Life Church. Besides my research, I love fishing, being in the wilderness, antique shops and road trips.

Certified MUFON Field Investigator

The first step to becoming a MUFON Field Investigator is to join MUFON and purchase the 300+ page MUFON Field Investigators Manual.
In order to be promoted to the position of Field Investigator, you must pass an exam on the Manual, and achieve a score of at least 80%. It consists of 100 questions in twelve specific area: Light and optics, sound, electromagnetic properties, measurements, physical traces, photography, radio and radar, celestial objects, atmosphere and weather, and conventional vehicles. Your training continues with your State's Chief Investigator.
